INTERREG IV program France - Wallonia - Vlaanderen is a European cross-border cooperation program which tend to strengthen economic and social exchange between Nord-Pas de Calais / Champagne-Ardenne / Picardie area in France and Wallonia / Flanders area in Belgium.

The programm covers more than 60.000 km² area with a population of a few 10 millions inhabitants.
The budget affected to concrete projects carry out is about 276 million euros. 138 million euros of which are European co-financing.

Four priorities are favored to operate the program :

• Favor the economic development of the area ;
• Develop and promote the cross-bordering identity ;
• Reinforce the feeling of a common space belonging ;
• Give a lift to the common management of the territory.
